Love Letter is a sensory experience studio founded by Sutian Dong and Michele Yue on Valentine's Day, 2024. Born in New York City, we build immersive, introspective environments where writing becomes a portal — a way into yourself, into feeling, into the stories you've been carrying.Our signature offering in NYC, the aura experience, invites guests to see their energy rendered in color, then make meaning of it through guided reflection. Every element — from the prompts and pamphlets to the photography equipment itself — is designed in-house to foster moments of introspection, connection, and personal meaning.
Founded by Sutian Dong and Michele Yue on Valentine's Day 2024, Love Letter NYC opened at 138 Eldridge Street in 2025.
