Do you take walk-ins?
We no longer take walk-ins. We recommend checking same-day availability on the Reservations page.

Can I buy a gift card?
Yes - we sell gift cards here.

Can I come with friends?
Yes — the experience is lovely to share. We offer paired aura photography as well - a portrait of the aura of your connection.

Can you get an aura photograph for a group of three or more?
At this time, we’re only able to offer aura photographs for individuals or pairs. Groups of three or more are welcome to visit together, but the photographs themselves are taken one person or one pair at a time.

Is the experience kid-friendly?
Children are welcome. Depending on their size, their hands may not fit our equipment in a way that allows for an accurate aura photograph.

Can I book Love Letter for a private event?

Do you offer off-site aura photography services?

AURA EXPERIENCE -

How long does the experience take?
The aura photograph itself takes only a few minutes. While you wait, you’re invited to write a love letter and reflect using the guided prompts that come with your aura photo. The full experience typically takes up to 15 minutes.

What do I receive after my aura experience?
Each guest receives a physical aura photograph and a printed guide with color meanings and reflective prompts. If you choose to mail a letter, it will be sent approximately one month after your visit.

Are there bad or ugly auras?
No. There are no bad or ugly auras. Every aura is simply a reflection of a moment — a mix of energy, emotion, and presence as it exists right then.

Some colors may feel brighter or quieter, softer or more complex, but none are inherently negative. Each carries its own meaning and beauty, and all are worthy of curiosity rather than judgment.

What do the colors in my aura mean?
Aura colors don’t have a single fixed meaning. We offer a color meaning guide for context, and include prompts that invite you to explore what the colors represent for you personally.

Do you offer aura readings?
We offer short interpretations as an optional add-on for $10.
We currently do not offer full-length aura reading sessions.

Do aura colors change over time?
They can. Some people notice consistent colors, while others experience shifts. Every aura is unique.

How does aura photography work?
Aura photography uses gentle GSR (galvanic skin response) sensors that respond to subtle changes in the body, such as skin conductance, which in turn is influenced by nervous system arousal. These sensors translate that information into colors, which are layered around your portrait to create your aura image.

The photograph reflects a moment in time — influenced by your physical state, emotional tone, and presence in that moment. While the technology provides the colors, the meaning is something we invite you to explore through reflection, prompts, and personal interpretation.

Can I get a digital copy of my aura photo?
We do not offer digital copies.

Do you offer retakes?
We do not offer retakes.

LETTER WRITING -

Do I have to write a letter?
Letter-writing is optional.

I haven’t received my letter - what do I do?
We sometimes get letters returned due to errors with the post office. Please send us an email with the day you came in, and the name & address you wrote on the envelope, and we will look for your letter and get back to you.

OTHER -

Do you store my photos?
We do not store aura photographs unless you explicitly give consent.
Your privacy is always respected.

Do you sell gifts?
We offer a curated selection of locally made goods as well as stickers, plant cuttings, and mystery books.

Is the experience pet-friendly?
We’re currently exploring ways to create an aura experience for pets. Stay tuned.

We offer a selection of different workshops including poetry writing, astrology studies, tarot reading, and more. Please follow us on Instagram and subscribe to our mailing list to get updates on our monthly offerings.
